Short version: play fair, be nice, have fun. Coins and planes are just for fun and are not worth real money.

Dogfight vs Tab ("the game") is a free browser game made by Squadron 99, an independent game developer. By playing it, you agree to these terms. If you're under 13, please play with a parent's or guardian's OK.

It's free

The game costs nothing to play. There is nothing to buy and no real money inside the game.

Coins and planes

Coins, planes, levels and other items only exist inside the game. They have no real-money value and can't be cashed out, sold for money or exchanged outside the game.
Don't buy, sell or trade game items for real money or real-world stuff.
We may change, balance or reset items, prices and progress, for example to fix bugs or undo cheating.

Your account

You can play as a guest or make an account with a username and password. No email, phone number or real name is needed.
Pick a username that isn't your real name and isn't rude or hateful. We may rename or remove accounts with bad names.
Keep your password and recovery code to yourself. If someone else gets them, they can use your account.

Be fair and be nice

Not allowed: cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs on purpose, bots or scripts that play for you, messing with the game's servers, pretending to be a developer, bullying, hate, threats, sharing other people's personal info, or anything inappropriate in names or chat.

If you break these rules, we may warn you, remove items gained by cheating, reset progress, or ban your account or device, temporarily or forever. If you think a ban was a mistake, email us and we'll take a look.

The game can change

This is an early game that's still being built. Features can change or go away, the game may sometimes be down, and in rare cases progress could be lost. The game is provided "as is", without promises that it will always work perfectly.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
